The Degree in Teacher in Early Childhood Education , with its new regulatory framework, is determined in the Ministerial Order ECI/3854/2007 of December 27, published in the BOE no. 312 of December 29, 2007 and is the only one that qualifies to teach classes to Early Childhood Education students. This title comes to replace the Diploma that existed in the previous Plans and that follows the provisions of Decree 1140/1991 (BOE 10/11/1991). Royal Decree 1594/2011 of November 4, 2011, although it maintains the general nature of the title, takes up the theme of the teaching specialties of the Teachers' Corps in the stages of Early Childhood and Primary Education. Early Childhood Education is an educational stage that takes place between 0 and 6 years of age. On the one hand, the growing social interest and that of the corresponding public administrations for the progressive implementation and increase in school places at this level make this title one of the most attractive for university students. The needs generated by this stage justify specialized educational attention that can be specified in different professional contexts. During this period, the foundations for personal, social and school development are laid.
