The Graduate Program in Pharmacy (Physiopathology and Toxicology) was created in the 1970s with professors from the Department of Clinical and Toxicological Analysis of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of São Paulo.

It aims to: i) Generate critical human resources with a leadership profile to work in teaching and research in their areas of coverage, Health and Biological Sciences, including an interface biotechnology; ii) Train professionals capable of creating an interface with the national health policy and/or pharmaceutical and cosmetics productive sectors; iii) Fostering technological innovation.

I- Pathophysiology:

  1. Pathophysiological bases of diseases

II- Clinical Analysis:

  1. Development of technology applied to laboratory diagnosis
  2. Epidemiological and laboratory diagnosis markers

III-Toxicology:

  1. Experimental toxicology
  2. Occupational and environmental toxicology
  3. Social and drug toxicology
