The Academic Project of the Physiotherapy Course at FMUSP, with a duration of 5 years, full-time, has the premises of training generalist, humanist, critical and reflective physiotherapists, qualified to work at all levels of health care, based on the rigor scientific and intellectual.
In parallel with the professional internships, the Physiotherapy Course develops, together with the undergraduate students, Scientific Initiation research (with the possibility of a scholarship) in the areas of research, teaching and extension, and coordinates Service Leagues in areas of specific performance, with integration between professors and undergraduates, for the benefit of the population. Our structure allows the student to continue his studies with orientation towards academic life through training in the master's and doctorate, since since 2005 the stricto sensu Postgraduate Program in Rehabilitation Sciences began.
