The Graduate Program in Organizational Administration, Masters and Doctorate, aims to promote the training of professors, researchers and high-level professionals to meet academic and higher education demands in the area of ​​Organizational Administration. It encourages free thinking and all forms of access to the revitalization of this area of ​​knowledge and, thus, intends to contribute to the scientific and technological evolution of Administration.

The specific objectives of the Master's and Doctorate in Organizational Administration are:

  • Become a recognized research center, first nationally, then internationally;
  • Develop quality work that makes it possible to maintain a high number of teaching publications and with a balance between the teaching members of the program; focus on publication in international journals evaluated by the Journal Citation Reports; Expand the publications of master's and doctoral students in national and international journals;
  • Maintain a high number of undergraduate students involved in research activities;
  • Institutionalize the research groups linked to the Administration Department;
  • Seek internationalization of the program and research carried out within its scope;
  • Create a structure to mediate and judge ethical aspects related to management research;
  • Stimulate research and cooperation with other centers in less developed regions;
  • Relate the extension with research projects seeking to expand the results of the program for Brazilian society;
  • Expand the dissemination of research results to the academic society and especially to the São Paulo society that finances the School;
  • Insert Graduate students in cultural and extension activities.
