The Master's degree in Administration aims to provide students with an initial training in research and teaching activities in Administration. The course is free and strictly academic in nature. To obtain the Master's degree, students must obtain a certain number of credits in courses and/or other complementary activities (such as publishing articles in scientific journals) and publicly defend a master's dissertation, all within a period of 30 months.

Courses are offered during weekdays (there are no classes on weekends) and only during the day (from 8 am to 12 pm or from 2 pm to 6 pm). Therefore, ideally, students should dedicate themselves fully to the course. Each course generally lasts 4 hours per week, but there are also options for courses concentrated throughout the year. Depending on the workload of each course, the credits granted may vary. For example, PPGA courses lasting 15 weeks of 4 hours per week grant 8 credits, while courses lasting 8 weeks of 4 hours per week grant 4 credits.

For the Master's course, two subjects are mandatory: Research Methodology in Administration and Monitoring I. Monitoring is part of the teaching training and involves the student in monitoring activities in classes of the Undergraduate course in Administration.

In addition to the subjects, the student must develop and defend a Master's Dissertation, which consists of a work supervised by a supervising professor, the preparation of which must demonstrate the ability to systematize the existing literature on the topic in question and the ability to use scientific research methods and techniques.
