The Graduate Program in Information Systems (PPgSI) aims to contribute to the solution of real, highly complex problems, through the development of scientific research aimed at addressing these problems and training human resources with broad knowledge to solve them. PPgSI offers an Academic Master's Degree in the field of computer science.
In order to contribute to the solution of real problems, the PPgSI defines an area of concentration, which encompasses its research activities, called Methodology and Techniques of Computation. The purpose of this concentration area is to propose, develop, apply and evaluate methodologies and techniques in the main fields of computer science that, when integrated, provide solutions to the challenges of different areas of knowledge application.
