The Audiovisual Superior Course, through a broad approach to the areas of script, direction, editing, sound, production, theory, criticism and audiovisual history, proposes to train professionals capable of acting critically and creatively in the sector, whether in fiction and non-fiction genres.
Taught at the Cinema, Radio and Television Department (CTR), the course prepares independent professionals who will work in the cinematographic, advertising, segmented television, open broadcasters or internet platforms markets. Another objective is to train those who wish to pursue an academic career, working as researchers and professors at higher education institutions.
Taught full-time, the course stopped applying the specific skills test from the 2017 entrance exam and opened vacancies for admission through SISU.
