The formerly called School of Hygiene has been called the Faculty of Public Health since 1969 has two courses: Nutrition and the recently approved Public Health course, in addition to culture and extension courses and the Postgraduate Program, Degree in Nutrition and Public Health, which maintains the multidisciplinary character of the Faculty – a tradition of this institution.
