The Postgraduate Program in Law aims at training researchers with a broad command of their field of knowledge. It comprises a set of programmed, advanced and individualized activities, accompanied by a supervisor, which include and favor teaching and research, always seeking the integration of knowledge. It has two terminal levels, the master's and the doctorate, differentiated by the breadth and depth of studies, and is structured around ten areas of concentration, which link the 33 lines of research and the 147 research projects in progress.

The FDUSP PPGD is organized into 10 areas of concentration:

  • Civil right
  • Commercial law
  • Economic, Financial, Tax and Environmental Law
  • State law
  • International Law and Comparative Law
  • Criminal Law, Forensic Medicine and Criminology
  • Procedural Law
  • Labor and Social Security Law
